Certech has a UV-visible spectrophotometer with colorimetric option that can be used to determine the L*a*b* domain of liquid or translucent samples. This rapid technique is used routinely for the quantitative study of transition metals solutions and strongly conjugated organic compounds. The quantification of additives extracted from polymers and the analysis of inorganic species present in the air are two methods commonly used at Certech.
Extended platforms are available for complete characterisation of materials (chemical, physical, mechanical and sensory properties), gas sampling equipment, chemical and sensory analyses as well as equipment for synthesis such as autoclaves and pilot reactors.
